Contact Support with your order reference and the item you wish to return. The return address, applicable deadline and responsibility for return shipping must be confirmed before sending anything.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact Support with the order reference and a description of the issue. Retain the item and packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Custom-made items
Personalized or made-to-order items may have different cancellation rights where permitted by applicable law. Any restrictions must be disclosed before purchase; rights for faulty goods are not excluded.
Refunds
Eligibility and refund timing depend on the confirmed policy and applicable law. No fixed refund period or restocking charge is promised on this draft page.
